Zenom for business
Zenom is developed by Astrelli and built for production floors: marking workstations, small-batch shops, integrators building laser stations on JCZ controllers. Here is what deploying it in a company looks like.
Licensing for organizations
A perpetual license with one year of updates included. Not a subscription.
- A license is issued per workstation (node-locked to the computer) and activates offline — marking stations without internet access stay fully functional.
- Licenses for organizations are issued individually — write to us with the number of workstations, and we will set your company up directly.
Evaluate before you commit
A free 30-day demo with all features — request it via the contact page.
- The demo is full-featured for 30 days — run it on the real machine with your real jobs.
- The built-in controller emulator runs the entire program without a machine: technologists and trainees can work at their desks while the stations keep marking.
Moving a shop off EzCad 2
Zenom drives the same JCZ (BJJCZ) LMCV4-FIBER-M board family EzCad 2 machines use, so a rollout does not mean retooling:
- lens correction
.corfiles connect as-is; markcfg7import brings a workstation’s whole device configuration over in one step;- pen library
.libimport converts your accumulated marking parameters into Zenom presets; - one click in the driver dialog restores the original driver whenever a machine needs to run EzCad again.
For integrators
- Direct USB control of the controller — no vendor DLLs to ship or license.
- IO signals wire the marking cycle into a line: pedal or GPIO start trigger, mark-complete output pulse for a PLC (implemented end-to-end; final validation of pedal and port scenarios on production machines is still in progress).
- The project format
.znmis open, human-readable JSON — a layout carries its pens and job settings with it and is easy to inspect and diff. The schema is not published as an API yet, so treat hand-edited or generated files as unsupported. - English and Russian interface, switchable on the fly — one deployment for mixed teams.
